Our MJC Spa package is the ultimate full body relaxation treatment. After your 121 consultation with our expert groomer, where we will discuss your requirements and agree on a style of your choice, your pup will receive a double shampoo and conditioning massage treatment in the bath along with a facial treatment of your choice (to be decided upon consultation). This is followed by a blow dry, custom coat style based on your specification (including hygiene area), paw & pad trim, nail trim & file, paw massage & balm, ear clean and finally finished a spritz of luxury pawfume

For those pups that either don't have the time for a Full Groom or have the type of coat which doesn't require a cut and shape, the best option is to have our Wash & Tidy treatment. This consists of a wash, brush out and blowdry followed by an ear clean, nail & pad trim and hygiene trim finished with a spritz of luxury pawfume.

Neglecting your dog’s dental health can have other serious health implications, as bacteria from a dental infection can result in other organs being compromised, including the heart valves and kidneys.

Here at MJC we are proud to use the Emmi-Pet ultrasonic toothbrush which relies on 100% patented ultrasonic technology, ensuring thorough cleaning with up to an impressive 96 million ultrasonic vibrations per minute, without any scrubbing or noise.

Thanks to its silent and vibration-free operation, plaque and bacteria are gently removed even from the narrowest interdental spaces without scrubbing or noise. Regular treatment prevent tartar, gingivitis and secondary diseases in your pet!

After your full consultation and treatment, our doggy dental expert will provide follow up advice and a plan for maintenance back at the salon to ensure your dog's teeth are kept clean and healthy

Hand stripping is a grooming technique for wire coats that removes dead hair from a dog’s top coat by hand so that a new coat is able to grow in. It keeps your dog's coat tidy and healthy. This service also includes everything else we offer in the wash & tidy.

Breeds that require hand stripping can include:

• Schnauzers

• Cocker Spaniels

• Irish Wolf Hounds

• Wire Fox Terrier

• Wire-haired Pointers

• Wire-haired Dachshunds

• Border Terriers

Handstripping is a delicate process that takes longer than regular grooming. If you are unsure whether your dog could benefit from Hand Stripping, you can of course always ask one of our groomers

Introducing your puppy to grooming at a young age ensures your pup will grow to love coming to the groomers for their regular pamper treatments. Here at MJC, we offer 2 sessions as part of introduction package. This is for fully vaccinated puppies up to 6 months old

​At their First Session, your puppy comes in to explore the salon to get used to the smells and sounds. We give them a little brush out, an eye trim (if required) to get them used to the sound and feel of the scissors, we put the dryer on in the background for a while to get them used to the noise and a little nail trim (if required).

This is all to get them used to the equipment and environment before coming back for Part 2 (their first Full Groom) You will also receive advice on grooming and tips for maintenance at home between grooms

Obviously we have lots of play time and cuddles too - but that’s always part of the experience here at MJC
